With Vibes Office Fit-Out in Lusail
With Vibes is a Qatar-based development and consulting brand focused on coaching, training, workshops, and professional development. Sheen Interiors completed their office fit-out at Al Fardan Burj Lusail in October 2023.
The project covered interior design, material procurement, fabrication, installation, and final completion for a compact office and training space. The aim was to create a branded work environment for meetings, consultation, training, storage, and daily office use without making the room feel crowded.
This was a practical commercial interior project, not a decorative wall treatment alone. The space needed a strong identity wall, useful storage, display shelving, focused lighting, a working desk, a whiteboard area, and custom furniture that matched the proportions of the room.

Design Direction for a Compact Office
The With Vibes office was designed around a clear branded focal point. The central wall uses Tufa Beige Stone with the With Vibes name and logo carved in Arabic and English. This gives the room a direct brand presence without relying on printed graphics or temporary signage.
Black laminated chipboard was used around the stone wall for cupboards, shelves, and wall cladding. The dark cabinetry frames the lighter stone backdrop and gives the office storage without exposing files, equipment, or daily-use items. Concealed LED lighting was integrated into the shelves and wall features to add depth while keeping the room practical.
Tufa Stone Feature Wall with CNC-Carved Branding
The main backdrop was made from Tufa Beige Stone. It was selected for its textured surface and warm neutral tone, which worked well against the black fitted cabinetry. Sheen Interiors coordinated the stone cutting, surface preparation, and logo carving so the branding became part of the wall itself.
The With Vibes name and mark were carved into the stone in Arabic and English. Ceiling spotlights were positioned to illuminate the feature wall directly, helping the logo and stone texture stand out during meetings, videos, and client visits.
Storage, Shelves, and Wall Cladding
Both sides of the feature wall were planned with fitted cupboards and shelves. The left-side cupboard was designed for file storage and office use, while the right-side storage included cabinet space, a coffee-maker area, and overhead shelves. The layout helped the small office stay organized without losing its branded front-facing character.
On the right wall, Sheen Interiors added independent floating shelves for display items, awards, or small office objects. Below this area, black laminated wall cladding was shaped with a wave-like line and backlighting. A whiteboard was also installed for training, explanation, and consultation sessions.
Custom Office Desk and Coffee Table
The office desk was designed as a custom furniture piece for the room rather than a standard loose desk. It uses an organic-shaped China Black marble tabletop with a cylindrical base on one side and a separate rounded rectangular side-rack unit with drawers on the other. The side-rack works as both storage and structural support for the main desk surface.
Sheen Interiors also produced a round China Black marble coffee table for the seating area. The marble carries grey, white, and charcoal movement, giving the room a compact but expressive furniture piece that connects with the material direction used elsewhere in the office.
Materials and Fabrication
The project combined Tufa Beige Stone, laminated chipboard, China Black marble, concealed LED lighting, and fitted hardware. Each material had a clear role: Tufa stone for the branded wall, black laminated chipboard for storage and cladding, and China Black marble for the office desk surface and round coffee table.
Fabrication had to be planned around a small room with several functions. The cupboards, shelves, stone backdrop, logo carving, desk, whiteboard zone, and lighting all had to work together within tight wall and floor space. That is where custom fabrication matters: it allows the room to carry the brand, storage, furniture, and working functions in one controlled layout.
Outcome
The completed With Vibes office gives the brand a compact, focused, and professional interior. The stone logo wall provides identity, the black cabinetry keeps the office organized, and the custom furniture supports daily work without overcrowding the space.
For Sheen Interiors, this project shows how a small office fit-out in Qatar can still carry strong design intent. The work brought together interior design, stone carving, cabinetry, lighting, custom furniture, and installation into one finished commercial space.
