Binan Skin Care Center Interior Fit-Out in Doha
Binan Skin Care Center is a beauty and wellness space in Doha, Qatar. Sheen Interiors worked on the project in phases between 2024 and 2026, with most of the interior design and fit-out work completed in 2025.

The project covered key service areas inside the center, including the nail room, hair treatment room, reception area, and waiting zone. The scope focused on practical interior planning, custom fabrication, material selection, storage, display surfaces, mirrors, stonework, solid surface sinks, and installation details that support daily beauty and treatment services.
This project is an example of how Sheen Interiors approaches commercial interiors in Qatar: the space must look refined, but it also has to work under daily use. For a skin care center, that means storage has to be accessible, treatment areas need clear movement, display shelves must support branded products, and surfaces should be selected with maintenance and repeated use in mind.

Design Direction for a Beauty and Wellness Space
The design direction for Binan Skin Care Center uses warm neutral tones, wood textures, travertine stone, soft mirror forms, and backlit display areas. The aim was not to make the rooms feel heavy or overdecorated. The interiors needed to feel calm, feminine, organized, and suitable for personal care services.
Beauty and wellness interiors need a different level of planning from a standard retail space. Staff need storage close to the treatment area. Products need to be visible without making the room look crowded. Mirrors must support the service experience while also opening up compact rooms. The finished interior has to support both the client experience and the team working inside the space.

Nail Room Fit-Out
The nail room was designed around a warm travertine feature wall, product display, treatment seating, and foot-treatment stations. Sheen Interiors installed natural travertine stone cladding for the TV wall, creating a textured focal point without using a loud decorative finish.
On both sides of the feature wall, backlit shelves were added to display Binan's branded products. Storage cabinets below the wall help keep the room organized while keeping supplies close to the service area. Wooden shelves were also installed on the front wall above the hand-treatment area, giving the room additional display and storage space without reducing movement inside the room.
For the foot-treatment zone, Sheen Interiors installed sinks made from Korean solid surface material. Solid surface is useful in treatment areas because it allows smooth formed basins and cleaner junctions than many joint-heavy surfaces. The room also includes parquet flooring, curtains, door work, and travertine side tables placed beside the treatment chairs.
Hair Treatment Room
The hair treatment room focused on cabinetry, drawers, shelves, mirrors, and treatment-side working surfaces. Sheen Interiors fabricated and installed wood-finish storage units to keep products and tools organized within the room.
Irregular shaped mirrors were used to soften the treatment area and avoid a rigid salon-wall look. These mirror forms also help the room feel more open while giving the interior a more personal design character. Product shelves and cabinets were planned around practical daily use, so the room could stay tidy while keeping important items visible and accessible.

Reception and Waiting Area
The reception area required a clear front-facing counter and useful storage behind the service point. Sheen Interiors made the reception table and storage cupboard to support day-to-day client handling, product storage, and front-of-house organization.
For the waiting area, Sheen Interiors created a console table with an artificial fireplace feature. This added a warmer visual point to the room while keeping the waiting area aligned with the center's calm beauty and wellness atmosphere.

Materials and Fabrication Details
The project combined natural travertine stone, wood-finish cabinetry, solid surface material, mirrors, parquet flooring, and fitted storage. Each material was selected for a specific role: travertine for the feature wall and side tables, wood finishes for warmth and storage, solid surface for the foot-treatment sinks, and mirrors to support the beauty and treatment environment.
The work required coordination between design, fabrication, installation, and finishing. For commercial interiors like beauty centers, the details matter because they affect how the space looks, how staff use the room, and how easily the interior can be maintained over time.
Outcome
The completed spaces give Binan Skin Care Center a warmer and more organized service environment. The nail room, hair treatment room, reception area, and waiting zone each have a distinct role, but they share the same material direction: soft neutrals, wood, stone, mirror, and clean fitted surfaces.
For Sheen Interiors, this project shows how custom interior design and fit-out can support beauty and wellness businesses in Qatar. The work goes beyond loose furniture. It brings together treatment-room planning, display areas, storage, stone, mirrors, solid surface fabrication, and installation into one finished commercial interior.
