Custom and Made-to-Order Pieces

Once a custom or made-to-order item is approved and production has started, changes may not be possible or may require additional cost and time.

Prices and Payments

Sheen Interiors may require full payment, partial payment, or a deposit before production, reservation of materials, delivery, or installation. Deposit and balance payment requirements will be confirmed as part of the order or quotation process.

Production Time

Production and delivery timelines are estimates unless expressly confirmed in writing. Some made-to-order furniture pieces may be produced and delivered within about two working weeks, depending on design complexity, material availability, order details, and installation requirements.

Timelines may change due to material availability, approval delays, site readiness, access issues, supplier delays, force majeure events, or other circumstances outside Sheen Interiors' reasonable control.

Delivery and Installation

Delivery and installation availability depends on the product, location, site access, building rules, item weight, handling requirements, and the agreed service scope. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and ensuring that the site is ready and accessible.

For heavy marble, glass, fitted furniture, or large pieces, lift size, door width, stair access, parking, floor protection, and site conditions may need to be checked before delivery or installation.

If delivery or installation cannot be completed because of incorrect information, restricted access, unsafe site conditions, or lack of site readiness, additional charges or rescheduling may apply.

Cancellations

Standard orders may be cancelled only if Sheen Interiors confirms that cancellation is still possible. Custom, made-to-order, or specially sourced items can usually be cancelled only before production begins, materials are reserved, or fabrication starts.

After production, material reservation, or fabrication has started, cancellation may not be possible because the item is being made or sourced for a specific order.

Returns and Exchanges

Made-to-order, customized, specially sourced, or installed products are generally not returnable or exchangeable unless the item is incorrect, damaged before delivery, or has a confirmed defect that is not caused by misuse, site conditions, third-party handling, or normal material variation.

Any issue with a delivered item should be reported to Sheen Interiors as soon as possible after delivery, with photos, order details, and a clear description of the issue.

Warranty and Defects

If a product has a confirmed manufacturing defect, Sheen Interiors will review the issue and advise the appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, adjustment, or another suitable solution depending on the product, defect, and order details.

Natural variation in marble, stone, wood, glass, metal finishes, or other materials is not considered a defect unless Sheen Interiors has expressly confirmed a specific material appearance in writing.

Care and Use

You are responsible for using and caring for products appropriately after delivery. Natural materials, marble, stone, wood, glass, metal, and mixed-material pieces may require specific care and may react differently to moisture, heat, chemicals, abrasives, impact, or daily use.

Sheen Interiors is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper cleaning, movement by third parties, unsuitable placement, impact, exposure to harsh conditions, or failure to follow care guidance.

Interior Design and Fit-Out Inquiries

Interior design, fit-out, commercial work, installation, and project-related services may require separate quotations, approvals, specifications, schedules, and project terms. Website content does not replace a signed quotation, project agreement, or written scope of work.

Intellectual Property
