Refund and Return Policy

Introduction

This Refund and Return Policy applies to purchases, order requests, custom furniture, made-to-order pieces, delivery, installation, and related services provided by Sheen Interiors in Qatar.

Because many Sheen Interiors pieces are custom, made to order, specially sourced, or installed at the customer site, return and refund eligibility depends on the product type, order status, item condition, and reason for the request.

Stocked Products

For stocked products that are not custom, not made to order, not specially sourced, and not installed or fixed at the customer site, returns or exchanges may be accepted within 48 hours of delivery.

Returned stocked products must be unused, undamaged, in original condition, and in original packaging where packaging applies. Sheen Interiors may refuse a return or exchange if the product is used, damaged, stained, altered, missing parts, missing packaging where required, or not in resale condition.

Custom, Made-to-Order, and Specially Sourced Products

Custom products, made-to-order pieces, specially sourced items, modified-size pieces, customized finishes, and items produced for a specific customer order are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the item is wrong, damaged before delivery, or has a confirmed manufacturing defect.

If a confirmed issue exists, Sheen Interiors may provide a corrected item, repair, replacement, adjustment, or another suitable solution depending on the product, issue, and order details.

Installed or Fixed Products

Products that have been installed, fixed, fitted, or integrated at the customer site are non-returnable and non-refundable after installation unless the item is wrong or has a confirmed defect.

Site conditions, access restrictions, wall or floor conditions, third-party work, incorrect measurements provided by the customer, or later changes to the site may affect installation and are not treated as product defects.

Delivery Inspection

Customers should inspect products at the time of delivery or installation before accepting the item or confirming completion. Visible damage, wrong items, missing parts, or clear defects should be reported immediately to the delivery or installation team and to Sheen Interiors customer service.

Sheen Interiors may request delivery confirmation, installation confirmation, photos, videos, order details, and a written description of the issue before reviewing a return, exchange, repair, or refund request.

Reporting Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Items

Any damaged, wrong, or defective item must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or installation. Reports should include the order details, clear photos or videos, and a description of the issue.

Requests reported after 48 hours may be declined if the issue cannot be clearly linked to delivery, installation, or a manufacturing defect.

Natural Material Variation

Natural material variation is not a defect. Marble veining, stone pattern, wood grain, tone variation, small color differences, texture differences, and screen-to-real-life color differences are normal characteristics of natural and mixed materials.

Sheen Interiors does not treat these natural differences as grounds for return, refund, exchange, or defect claims unless a specific material appearance was expressly confirmed in writing before production.

Items Not Covered

Returns, exchanges, refunds, repairs, or warranty-style remedies do not apply to damage caused by misuse, mishandling, incorrect cleaning, spills, stains, moisture exposure, heat exposure, impact, moving by third parties, customer site conditions, post-delivery damage, or failure to follow care guidance.

Staining from spills on furniture made of any material is not covered under return, refund, exchange, or defect remedies after delivery or installation.

Customer Preference Returns

If a stocked product return is approved because of customer preference, and the product meets the return conditions, the customer is responsible for return pickup, transport, or related handling costs unless Sheen Interiors confirms otherwise in writing.

Customer preference includes change of mind, preference for a different size, color, style, or material appearance where the product is not wrong or defective.

Sheen Interiors Error or Confirmed Defect

If the return, exchange, repair, or replacement is required because of a Sheen Interiors error or confirmed defect, Sheen Interiors will bear the reasonable transport or correction cost related to the approved remedy.

The final remedy may depend on the product type, issue, order details, site conditions, and whether repair, adjustment, replacement, correction, or refund is the most suitable solution.

Cancellations Before Production

Orders may be cancelled only if Sheen Interiors confirms that the order has not yet been processed for production and materials have not been reserved or committed.

If cancellation is approved before production or material reservation, any refund will be reviewed based on the payment made, payment method, and any costs already incurred.

Cancellations After Production Starts

If production has started or materials have been reserved, the down payment may be non-refundable, and Sheen Interiors may deduct or charge amounts required to cover material, production, customization, or committed project costs already incurred.

Custom, made-to-order, specially sourced, or modified items may not be cancellable once production, sourcing, material reservation, or fabrication has started.

Refund Method and Timing

Refunds are reviewed case by case. If a refund is approved, the refundable amount, refund method, and processing time depend on the order, payment method, bank, payment provider, and any applicable deductions.

Where a return is approved and no deductions apply, the total approved amount can be refunded. Sheen Interiors will confirm the refund method and expected timing after the request is reviewed.
